Good Afternoon! This blog has been in the works for some time coming.

I kept feeling God nudge me in this direction, but felt I really needed to pray if this was truly what He intended me to do.  The confirmation came in a steady stream of friends, family, and clients sending me private messages about starting a blog.

I get asked all the time about recipes, nutrition information, exercise tips, and more!  I felt God speak to me through the many messages to provide REAL information about health.  Our bodies are God’s temple in each of us and we should take care of them. With saying this, all of our bodies look and act different. We are all UNIQUE!

You need to know this as we move through this beautiful thing we call life.  As far as our bodies are concerned, how can we serve God to our fullest capacity if we are sick and tired all the time because each of us has not taken care of His temple? My goal with this blog is to give real examples of all aspects of wellness.

EVERYTHING IS AUTHENTIC! I am not staging pics of food with bright lights, filters, and etc.  I want you to see how I meal prep food each week. I want you to see how I cook / prepare food and how it really looks in a cheap plastic containers that is going in my fridge for the week to feed my family.

Testimonies are from real people I have had the wonderful opportunity to help.  The exercises are real and not staged. I am not a preacher by any means. I am a part of the body of Christ that is trying to use the talents He gave me to His glory.
